Dear father, in Jesus’ name I lift up our President to You. I know that our leader’s heart is in Your hands, so I ask You to guide the head of our nation in the way You would have him go…
1 Timothy 2:1-4
1I urge, then, first of all, that request, prayers, intercession and thanksgiving be made for everyone -2 for kings and all those in authority, that we may live peaceful and quite lives in all Godliness and holiness. 3 This is good and pleases God our savior, 4 who wants all men to be saved and to come to knowledge of the truth.
Direct my thoughts, words and work, wash away my sins in the immaculate Blood of the lamb, and purge my heart by thy Holy Spirit… Daily frame me for more and more into the likeness of thy Son Jesus Christ.
