Cesar de la Cruz Joins the Heel-O-Matic Team

LONGMONT, Colo.—October 10, 2013—Eight-Time Wrangler National Finals Rodeo (WNFR) qualifier Cesar de la Cruz has joined roping machine manufacturer, Heel-O-Matic’s endorsement team.  Cesar de la Cruz is a professional heeler from Marana, Ariz. and has qualified for the 2013 WNFR.
